Both Business Owners/Admins and Staff Members can accept bookings on AyaBookings. Owners and admins have full control over all bookings, while staff members can only manage bookings assigned to them, depending on their permissions.
How to Accept Bookings
- Log in to your AyaBookings account.
- Navigate to Appointments > Pending Bookings.
- Select the booking you want to accept.
- Click Approve or Decline based on availability.
Notifications And Alerts
- You will receive an email, SMS, or WhatsApp notification for new bookings.
- Customers will also receive these notifications with a unique booking code.
Important Notes
✅ Customers receive confirmation emails once a booking is accepted.
✅ Rejected bookings will notify the customer with an option to reschedule.
✅ Auto-accept can streamline bookings but may need proper availability settings.
