Creating Availability and Buffer times

Setting availability ensures customers can only book when you’re open, while buffer times prevent back-to-back bookings, giving you time between appointments.

Go to the Dashboard

  • Log in to your AyaBookings account.
  • Click on Settings> Working Hours on your Dasboard.

Define Your Working Hours

  • Select the days of the week your business is open.
  • Set start and end times for each day.

Set Breaks (Optional)

  • If you take lunch or other breaks, add them under the Breaks section.

Save Changes

  • Click Save to apply your availability settings.

How to Set Buffer Times

Access Services on your dashboard.

  • Select the Service you want to create the buffer time for and click on Edit.

Choose Buffer Time Before and After Appointments

  • Set how much time you need before the next appointment.
  • Set buffer time after appointments for cleanup, preparation, or rest.

Apply and Save

  • Click Save to update your settings.

Important Notes:

✅ Availability settings apply to all bookings unless overridden by staff schedules.
✅ Buffer times help prevent scheduling conflicts and burnout.
✅ You can adjust settings anytime based on demand.
