Setting Up Your Business Profile

Once you’ve created your personal AyaBookings account, the next step is registering your business profile. This is where you define the identity and foundation of your business on the platform. Don’t worry—you can always update most of the details later.

📝 How to Register Your Business on AyaBookings

Follow these steps to complete your business setup:
       Access the Business Registration Page
       After logging into your AyaBookings account for the first time, you’ll be redirected to the “Register Your Business” page.
      If not, navigate manually by clicking “Register Your Business” on the dashboard.
      Fill in the Business Registration Form
Here’s a breakdown of what each field means:
        Business URL
     This will be your unique booking link (e.g. ayabookings.com/yourbusinessname).
      Important: This field cannot be changed after registration. Choose carefully and make it short and relevant.
        Business Name
     Enter your official business name (e.g., “Glow Hair Studio” or “Accra Tech Events”).
        Business Category
     Select the type of service or event your business offers (e.g., Beauty, Fitness, Event Planning, Medical, Tech Training, etc.).
    This helps AyaBookings tailor features to your business needs.
         Email
     This will be the main business contact email and will receive customer inquiries, booking notifications, and system updates.
        Phone Number
      Add a valid phone number for client support and internal contact.
        Password
      Choose a strong password. This is your login credential to manage your business.
      ✅ Terms and Conditions Checkbox
    You must agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to proceed.
      Click “Register”
    Once the form is completed and the checkbox is ticked, click Register.
    Your business will be created instantly and you’ll be redirected to your business dashboard.

⚠ Important Notes:
    •    The Business URL cannot be changed later. Make sure it reflects your brand or service.
    •    Use an official business email for better branding and communication.
    •    You can add services, staff, and availability after completing this step.

🧭 What’s Next?

After registering:
    •    You’ll land on your dashboard where you can start adding services, setting schedules, and configuring payments.
    •    You can also invite team members or staff to manage bookings.
